Landing Page Optimization
Landing page optimization is typically an extension of a content relevant search keyword or ads, but it’s much more than that. Creating a landing page can be an end-run around a fully flash-contained web site. Or it can be a quick fix for a content deficit. (As in, hmmm, 5,000 pages about dog food, but not a single one for pet food… let’s build a landing page!) It can also be a testing platform for design and copy elements. Landing pages are also great for seasonal or contest promotions and in fact, for retailers, seasonal content should be a part of any campaign build.
